• The Registration screen will collect information about you and your company.  The fields marks with a red asterisk (*) are required.   We hope that you will fill in all of the information.  3 essential fields are the Company ID, which is automatically assigned, a Password consisting of 6-12 characters, and an Email Address. When you submit your registration form a message box will popup telling your your Company ID and repeating the password that you have chosen.    Please jot it down for future reference.   You will also receive a welcome email.  If you do not, then you have either entered an invalid email address or our service is dalayed for some reason.  Your Email Address is necessary for us to correspond with you.  If your email address ever becomes invalid, your service will terminate and you will need to re-register to restore it.

• After registration you can simply go to the Sign In screen and proceed to either Enter Loads or Enter Trucks.  You will be able to do both.  You will then be taken to a screen where you can review your company information and edit it.   For Posting it is recommended that you use a posting service such as PostEvery.com or PostOnce.Net.

• The Entry Screens are accessed through the Sign In screen.  When you first sign in, you will see the links to Post Loads and Post Trucks.

• Search Screens (for finding) can be accessed at anytime with the links Search Loads and Search Trucks on home page.  It is not necessary to be registered to query the database.

• The Editing and Deleting screens are accessed through the Sign In screen.  When you first sign in, you will see the links to Edit Loads and Edit Trucks.  If you leave the entry screens, you must go through the sign in section again to access them.  A company edit screen is available as soon as you sign in.

• Rules for use of this site:

1. You must maintain a valid email address and agree to receive email from Truckloads.Net.  If your email address becomes invalid, you will be removed from the database.  If you wish service terminated at anytime, simply request it by email.
2. Multiple offices or users from the same company may register separately if they wish.  It is preferred that users in the same office use the same access codes (Company ID and Password).
3. If you advertise on this site or have special promotional pages, then you agree to be contacted by other users of this site.
4. You may not use this site for illegal activities.
5. It may not be used to solicit the transfer of contraband goods
6. It is prohibited to engage in harassment of anyone or company by using these facilities.
7. Anyone found or suspected in engaging in illegal activities will have their privileges revoked and be reported to the proper authorities. Illegal activities are those which are deemed harmful to society as a whole, such as transport of illegal drugs or illegal alien traffic.
8. No pornographic products or servers in any form may be solicited through this site, unless it is for the legitimate truckload hauling of legal media. No pornographic websites or other facilities for viewing porno may be advertised through this site.
9. You may use this service freely for the posting and searching of loads and trucks.  We may however limit transactions if the traffic gets too heavy to handle.  Try to avoid duplication where you have several similar loads going from point A to Point B.  Listing one should be sufficient.
10. Loads will automatically be deleted from the system 3 days after the date listed.  If you wish to extend the time, you must edit the date.
11. You may use this website to transact any legal commerce which is necessary to the welfare of your business. Obviously you may contact advertisers and those with special promotional pages on this site.
12. You may solicit subscribers individually for commerce but not collectively such as annoying spam emailings.
